Kentucky Mission Trip

• Dates: 0/06/2010-10/09/2010
• Cost: $200.00 per person with the initial deposit of $100.00 due 08/15/2010
  • The remaining $100.00 will need to be paid by 09/12/2010
  • These dead lines are vital to the success of the trip especially in light if the potential large number of people going.
• Must Have: BWCUSA application, drivers license & medical ins. card copies.
